I dont like the 'eastside' text - outer glow annoys me and looks a bit tacky >_> Also I wouldnt do the 'first letter one colour rest of word a different colour' thing with the page headers, I prefer just one colour, but thats my personal opinion.

Also, 'Navigation' not Navegation XD

Apart from that it looks very nice =]
